Hi Phil,

Here's a little bit about the springs. After using Old Man Emu springs I thought they were good. After doing the kiwi winch challenge with genuine Old Man Emu springs they absolutely collapsed after only doing one night stage and one day stage. After talking to you, putting me onto EFS springs, the change was amazing. After I went to Oz and the EFS factory, the alterations to their standard springs that were done for me and one inch height was absolutely perfect. They kept their right height and proved to be extremely strong and durable. In NZ I think the guys with spring over systems would be more happier with one inch springs as it keeps the height of the vehicle down and they work perfectly. Thanks for a top spring.

Just wanted to send a quick note of appreciation.

Approximately 2 weeks ago I came to the door with a lopsided Hilux. Around 3 hours later I drove away with new springs and shock absorbers.

The level of service and the down to earth manner of Jason and the crew was terrific. He was professional, to the point and didn't try to make himself out to be Henry Ford, unlike the many others I spoke to about the problem. It is especially pleasing, and somewhat to rare nowadays to find "good ole country service" anywhere, but I think you've got it there.

So I send my thanks and appreciation.

Incidentally, the Hilux has never travelled better.
